Once we decided to move forward, Shannon's expertise helped us transform our vision into reality. Her design exceeded our expectations. The demo and construction process were efficient and meticulous, thanks to the skilled team, particularly Will, who treated our project with care and attention to detail.

TR Goins is a great choice for repairs inside and outside. They rebuilt my arbor with a 25 year old bougainvillea on top. Very difficult job but it came out great. Several other contractors would not even bid the project. The structure is 18 feet wide, 60 feet long, and wraps around my home.
They also repaired the brick on one of my chimneys.
Another major job they did for me was repairing the grout on my deck around my pool.
They are very professional.

Not sure where to start. After searching the internet for months we finally found a home that checked most of our boxes! Totally redone and furnished. I did everything from the state New York, sight unseen. Closed April 2021on dream our semi- retirement home for December 2022. Long story short, the day we signed the contract to sell our house n NY we found out Ian was on its way to Fort Myers and hit so we lost lost everything. I Reached out to our realtor for help in rebuilding so we could move forward with our life. She only had one recommendation and it wasTR Goins. The only contractor we reached out to.
Trace answered the phone the first time. Being in the business, he was everything one should/would expect. Because we were only here to empty the house and go back to NY he met us before we departed. Explained we needed to be in by Christmas, he said he was up for the job and would do his best to have us in by Christmas Day. Because of the shortage of supplies etc. he did everything he could to have us in.
Our home was liveable by Christmas and totally completed by April, when we returned to bring our coach back to NY to live in.
We can’t say enough about this company. Each and every time I had questions, concerns or changes Trace was there for me. Trace and his crew went above and beyond what I ever expected.
Just arrived back after 6 weeks to bring our coach back to NY to live in and was absolutely blown away with the what Ive been waiting for. Can’t say enough about Trace as no his crew has n the amazing job they did. His custom workmanship really shows. He/they take pride in what they do.
Being business owners from NY you just hope other businesses owners have the same standards as TR Goins does.
Believe it or not a lot of people from our small farming town in Pine Island, NY have homes down here. I have given his name out to many and many have called on him.
My “NEW” home is everything I could have dreamed of. The eye sore in the middle of my home has been removed and made an absolute custom masterpiece. Anyone and everyone who would like to see his work is welcome to visit our home anytime.
