They helped me get the satellite receiver working in my truck. We kept getting signal problems but she didn’t give up and gave me instructions on what to do and after we got everything working she then gave me tips and tricks to make sure I would t run into any issues again.

I picked up my truck in Hammond Indiana on the 23rd of July and started back to Texas. The company that I drive for furnishes satellite and TV in the trucks. I didn't know that the satellite wasn't working until the following day. Today I was called by Epic Vue and the young lady at the other end of the phone walked me through the steps to get it back on. I believe that her name was Kaylynne and she did an excellent job on helping me too get it working again. Kudos to that young lady for a job well done!! I had to call back on I believe 1/5/22 because my satellite had quit working again because I had been off for the holidays. I had the pleasure of speaking with Dustin this time and after I told him what the problem was he had it back on line in no time. I wish that there were more companies out there that had the kind of customer service that epic vue had. Thank you Dustin for getting me back o
n air. I had to call them back again on 5/9/22 and once again I was lucky enough to get Kaylynn again. I told her about the problem with the satellite and she sent a signal to it and had it back up. It is always a pleasure when I have to speak with them about my satellite in my truck. Kaylynn actually remembered who I was after talking to her for a few brief minutes. Thank you Kaylynn for your help and support. Today 7/14/22 I had to call back and this time I spoke with a very pleasant young lady by the name of Katie. I told her what I needed and I let her know what screen I was on and within seconds she had my satellite back up. Every time I have had to call it has been a pleasure speaking with the customer service team members that I have dealt with. They are always very pleasant and never in a rush to get you off the phone. Thank you Katie for your help!!

EpicVue is a phenomenal company. I met Shawn months ago and due to my line of work I was not in one place long enough to get the work done. However once I was ready , he made accommodations to meet with me quickly. His work was professional and quick.
