We had an amazing time at Launchpad Trampoline! celebrating our Grand Son birthday Party here. The facility is top-notch, with high-quality trampolines and well-maintained areas throughout. There was a lot of energy and excitement, thanks to the large crowd, but it was clear that the staff was managing everything closely and efficiently. The recreation areas were a great touch, offering a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy. They also have fantastic birthday party arrangements, making it a fun and stress-free experience for both kids and parents. The overall atmosphere was filled with positive vibes, making it a perfect place to hang out and have fun with friends or family. Highly recommended!

This is a great place for active recreation and entertainment for both children and adults. The staff closely monitors safety, always reminds about the rules of jumping. All trampolines are made of high-quality materials. The atmosphere on the site is dynamic and cheerful. There are always a lot of people here, which creates a sense of celebration. There are recreation areas where you can sit and have a snack, which is very convenient. I recommend it to everyone who wants to diversify their leisure time and get a boost of positive emotions!

My daughter, great neice, friends and I had so much fun. Jumping on the many trampolines there. Girls really enjoyed the trying to go across the latter rope to ring the bell. Was a challenge at first but after a couple of tries they succeeded. Bouncy slide too, indoor playset, basket ball hoops, foam pit. This is a place for children of all ages even adults can jump and have fun. My inner child came out to play. I jumped on the trampolines with the kids. Honestly helped heal the inner child in me. It made feel joy, happiness and I laughed too. Was sore thenext day but worth the good time. I definitely recommended this place to any one with children to go have fun and create life long memories with your family and friends. We will be back again! Love it

Edit: Happy with reply from business, about having to buy socks and their cleaning policies. Makes much more sense now, must buy grippy socks or go barefoot to avoid slipping and injury

It isn't the biggest trampoline park we've been to in Alberta, but it was still good enough sized we easily spent two hours here. I imagine it could have been longer, especially with my three year old. There are a variety of things to do here, they most enjoyed the rope swing into a pile of foam blocks (one which is especially high up and gives a thrill for older kids), the rope ladder, and the angled trampolines. We came on a day where it was buy 1 hour and get 2 more free so it was a very good deal. I would recommend.
One annoying thing however, which felt like a moneygrab, was you could only wear barefeet or buy socks from them. I truly can't imagine socks are dirtier than bare feet. Even someone's personal socks must protect others more than bare feet when it comes to things like warts, fungal infections, and just general toe dust and sweat. We opted out of buying expensive socks. But it felt gross!

Definitely recommend this place if you have very energetic kids! There are lots of fun things to do! Best place for kids to get their energy out. Very busy on the weekends, so plan ahead and make sure you fill out the safety waiver online before you show up, which will save you lots of time.

We had our son’s ninth birthday at the west end location ( for some reason it nuts the review on this location) on a Thursday evening and it was so much fun for the kids. The location is great and lots of parking as well , the play area is tons of fun’s as well. We had a fair bit of issues with our “ VIP” package though. No “skipping the line” as promised and every item we signed up for had to be chased down and delayed everything along the way. The staff were very kind but you could tell they were not given a sufficient amount of support and had not been trained on most things. The room was cool, I did just clean it myself after though because I felt bad for the staff ‍♂️ fun place though, worth checking out. Oh and bring extra money if you want to sit down?

We have been to Launchpad twice with our son who has extra special needs. And each time we have been asked to leave. Last time on Jan. 10, they said he was spitting (didn’t actually see this) and grabbing things (I saw this) and other patrons were leaving because of him (didn’t see this either but don’t doubt that people can be insensitive).

We left after asking for our money back. I spoke to the manager. He reiterated what he said. I asked “how do you accommodate special needs?” He said it depends but in my son’s case, staff have to be right next to him. He goes to other trampoline parks such as Allstars Indoor Playground and there is never ever any complaints. Staff are always with him.

I don’t understand. I will follow up with the Human Rights Commission. In 2025, intollerance is abhorrent. We would no longer be patronizing this place and will let our networks know.

We brought our children to LaunchPad Trampoline Park as they haven't been to a trampoline park for a while. They absolutely loved it and had so much fun with all the different types of activities. We found the facility to be quite clean and tidy, and there were a lot of areas for adults to sit while the kids wore themselves out.

One tip though, make sure the printed expiry time on the wristbands matches what you paid for as we noticed that the original wristbands that were printed for our kids were 30 minutes short of what we paid for. The employee quickly fixed this issue, but had we not noticed at the time of purchase, I'm not sure how this would have been addressed.
