Called the store to look for an item that was not available at another store that was 20 minutes away. When I got a hold of an employee I asked if there were any available they said they only had 2 and I asked if they could hold one for me. They said it was locked away and I said don’t worry I will be there in 20 minutes. Once we arrived we were informed that the gentleman in fact held it for me and honestly it was unexpected and it was the greatest hospitality I’ve seen in a very long time. I did not get their name but it was on 1/05/2025 a gentleman working at around 9:30pm. Thank You for that hospitality.

Stay away on a Saturday night 15 people in line and one register open. I went to do a return and pick up an online order. The guy literally told me that the only way to return anything is to stand in line with 15 people waiting. I explained to them that I was gonna leave them a bad review because I don’t feel that I should have to wait 30 minutes to do a return. The employees replied it doesn’t matter if you was a bad review there’s nothing we’re gonna do about it anyway. They continue to tell me that it’s like this every Saturday night here. Terrible terrible service.

Belloo .organizado.espacioso bien ubicado y sitio para estacionarse .algunos productos en oferta .puedes conseguir: chucherías para picar .agua .sodas .refrescos.hielo. vasos y copas .y casi todas las bebidas alcohólicas en tamaños de bolsillos .grandes también. Los baños aseados.y puedes aprovechar de pasear por la fuente.

A male cashier insisted on getting the ID of my 22 year old friend who is with me but left her ID at home. I had mine (I am 21 years old) but it wasn’t enough. I’ve never heard of a policy like that. If a mother and younger daughter walked in so mom can buy some wine will they ask the ID of the little girl? Absolutely ridiculous.

Fui a devolver una botella q me regalaron por un crédito de la tienda porque no tenía acceso al pago original y así se lo dejé saber a la empleada Beatriz, esta se equivocó y regresó el dinero al pago original lo cual le había especificado q no hiciera, dejándome sin la botella de 200 dólares ni el crédito, la manager Alba solo sabía disculparse por el error pero sin brindar ninguna solución, al final fui la perjudicada por el error de estás personas.
