Trim offers a free three way phone negotiations with banks and credit cards. My financial assistance Kate Lee has been very thorough and professional the entire process. I highly recommend going with Trim and take a proactive action taking care of your own finances instead of going through other third party companies that can do more harm than good. I've never seen any other company offer the 3 way calls it's like Kate was taking my hand so we can get back on track to financial freedom. Give them a try!

I find this service very helpful. I am often very consumed with work and money is tight. It means I often loose track of minor expenses and fees that add up, and I find negotiations and following up on these very stressful and time consuming. Trim has reminded me about recurring charges that I need to cancel (which I can sometimes do automatically- even better) and one of their financial assistants, John Charles, even helped me recover an embarrassing number of overdraft fees I racked up recently that I would not have had the confidence to negotiate with my bank. For some services they take a percentage of the money they save you, but 1. Why do you think they should do this for free? and 2. If you're motivated and have the time to take care of this without help, go ahead and do that. I find that I put these things off and lose track of them or am not aware that I can negotiate, or am not comfortable doing so. You won't get rich cancelling a subscription or two, but so far, I have only positive things to say.
