Allison and her at VI Catering team truly knocked it out of the park! They hosted our Christmas Party, which is always a highlight of our team events and it was such a fantastic experience that we’ve already booked them again for this year. A catering experience that exceeded expectations! I am a manager at the RCMP and have used VI Catering for Tour de Rock golf tournament, detachment grand opening, a RCMP Regimental Ball and for a recent ceremony. Their incredible team and service provided an amazing experience. With each event comes menu and other challenges. VI Catering worked with me on each event to customize the menu that perfectly fit our needs. What also makes them special is their team, Azam, Allison & Sheri are always friendly and incredibly efficient making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Their professionalism allowed me to fully enjoy the events, knowing they were there. If you are looking for a top-tier experience for small gatherings to a large event, I recommend VI catering. Hey everyone! Just wanted to give a shoutout to this amazing catering company. Unfortunately, they were fully booked for my daughter's wedding day, but let me tell you, their customer service was top-notch! They were super friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. They gave us awesome tips on finding another caterer and even guided us on renting plates and cutlery. Their knowledge and friendliness were truly remarkable. Just a heads up for people who can't have gluten this is not the place for you. My gf dessert of cheesecake was just scooped off the crust and put on a plate. They don't understand the importance of cross contamination. Beautifully presented full turkey dinner catered event otherwise.

Azam has been kind enough to prepare about three festive meals for our family Everything is beautifully prepared and the food is delicious! Azam is extremely warm and kind. She is super responsive to my requests and open to my dietary needs. You can tell Azam has passion and integrity and it shows in her cooking and people skills YOU MUST TRY !!

VIEC catered our 120 person wedding. Azam is very passionate about what he does and he helped sort through menu options, linens, dishware, and allergy accommodations. The food was delicious, his staff were very courteous, and everyone was raving at the end of the night.
